24 HOUR RECEPTION
The reception staff at Plus Florence were born ready. Check in is from 15.00 and check out is by 10am. We reserve the right to bang pasta pots and drop coffee cups next to your head if you're not out by then. For any other issue you might have the desk is open 24-7. You can also collect your linens, exchange money, travellers cheques and buy laundry tokens.

FACILITIES
A swimming pool to cool off in after a long day queuing to see David, a refreshing beer, chilled gelato or tasty snack from the café, large comfy sofas to lay back on and reflect on you day, awesome terrace bar to soak up the view of the rooftops of Florence, and of course colourful spacious dorm rooms with cosy beds, all only a few minutes walk from the main train station.

PLUS GIRLS
Continuing Plus' quest to provide the ultimate in budget accommodation plus Florence offers Plus Girls. This "girls-only" space gives you the opportunity be a girl again. There are big bathrooms, cosmetic tables with large mirrors and hairdryers to get you looking like the locals. When you check in you'll receive a nice fluffy towel to use and a complimentary cosmetics bag stuffed with goodies for you to take along. See what we mean by luxury?

MONEY MATTERS
For added security we use a chipcard payment system in the hostel. On arrival you are issued with an electronic chipcard that you use to enter your room as well as for payment inside the hostel. You will need the card to pay for food and drinks from the bars and restaurant. The card is rechargeable at reception only by cash or credit card. Any value left on the card is refunded back to you on departure. All major credit cards welcome.

BARS & RESTAURANT
The terrace bar overlooking the Duomo will be open when you get back for the evening warm-up session before going off with the best post-sightseeing-all-day party in the downstairs bar.The restaurant serves up tasty Italian pastas, and desserts as well as a buffet breakfast in the morning.

PLUS PORT
Where is the Uffizi? How do I get up close and personal with David? What time does the Duomo close? All these questions and more can be answered by the intelligent know-it-all guys and girls at the Plus Port. They can get you sorted with times, maps, tickets, tours and even a cooking course to get you experiencing the best Florence has to offer.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES
There are several washing and drying machines available. Just ask at reception for details.

We have a secure luggage storage area to put your bags before and after checkin.
